Eye Inspire Events is proud to partner with the National Director of Mrs. Canada Globe, Kimberly Castle to bring you the 2nd Annual Mrs. Canada Globe Pageant to Regina on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Contestants from all over Canada will compete for the prestigious title and have the amazing opportunity to travel to China and represent our country at Mrs. Globe International pageant

The pageant will take place over two days with the preliminary judging taking place on the What Women Want main stage on Friday, March 17. Finals will be on the evening of Saturday March 18 at the DoubleTree by Hilton and is expected to be a dazzling, stylish and sophisticated evening. This is an incredible celebration of diversity and beauty with women from all across Canada vying for the crown and to be name Canada’s newest Mrs. Canada Globe 2017!

Cornwall Centre’s 2016 Regina Crime Stoppers Charity Golf Classic

The Cornwall Centre is proud to present the Regina Crime Stoppers Charity Golf Classic on July 18, 2016 at the Royal Regina Golf Club.

Regina Crime Stoppers is a community service program that combines the efforts of the public, the media and the Regina Police Service to prevent and solve crime.  Funds raised from this event enable Crime Stoppers to pay rewards for anonymous tips, which result in arrests and recovery of property in our community.  Our goal is a safer community for all.

Gold Medal Plates Regina

The Summer Olympics in Rio are a huge success. Our athletes are bringing pride and patriotism to our country capturing the hearts of Canadians with their successes and stories. The funds raised by Gold Medal Plates each year are instrumental in the phenomenal success of our athletes.

We will be celebrating the successes and stories of our Canadian Olympic athletes at Gold Medal Plates Regina Friday, October 28, 2016

Along with over 440 key leaders in the Regina community, in a stand up cocktail reception format, guests will sample the culinary creations of our city’s top chefs competing for gold, and the Canadian beverages that have been carefully paired with their dishes, in what is called Canada’s best kitchen party. Guests will then sit to enjoy dessert and wine, celebrate our Olympians, be entertained with great music, bid on amazing live auction trips hosted by Olympians and Canadian musicians, and witness the crowning of a gold, silver and bronze medal chef!

Ride Don’t Hide

Ride Don’t Hide is a community bike ride hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) with support from Eye Inspire Events, with the goal to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support mental health programs. CMHA rides will be hosted in six provinces in 35 communities with the aim to engage over 8,000 participants and raise $1,500,000.

The community event is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for riders of all ages and abilities—from novice rider to the advanced cyclist. Regardless of distance, you will travel a route supported from start to finish with rest stops, water to fuel the journey, fans to cheer you on, and enjoy a fun day on your bike for a great cause! Executive Luncheon with Devon Clunis

Devon Clunis was born in Harmony Vale, Jamaica and immigrated to Winnipeg in 1975 at age 11. Growing up in a diverse and sometimes challenging environment, he witnessed firsthand the social challenges faced by many groups in society. It was his desire to impact social change that led him to join the Winnipeg Police Service in 1987.

Chief Clunis was appointed Winnipeg’s 17th Chief of Police in 2012. He has ushered in an era of Crime Prevention Through Social Development, believing that providing cross cultural opportunities for social and economic equity will create a safer, healthier Winnipeg.

His leadership philosophy is “people first” and he consistently seeks to create a healthy work environment for those he is privileged to lead. He is a respected leader who believes the future of Winnipeg hinges on the creation of a culture of safety for all, and is proud to help lead in this way.

Chief Clunis is married to his wife Pearlene and has two daughters, Taylene 28 and Atira 22.
